In a
lot of industrial applications, high pressure tightness is needed.

Today,
you have the choice between ball valves, not able to assure tightness
up to 80 bars and seat gate valves, with an important pressure drop.
|
If
those technologies are not efficient enough for you, MP98 proposes full
opening valves, able to tight helium up to 160 bars.
|
For
those special valves, we use the same internal profiled core, but
closure is done on a back seat.
|
|
Closure
is autoclave. Closure force on the back seat created by static pressure
could be adjusted.
|
Closure
device is a tube. It is lighter than a massive piston, and so could be
operated faster and with low energy motorization, even for large
diameters.
|
It also
reduce opening due to back pressure phenomena.
|
|
Depending
of your needs, we propose different types of mechanisms (mechanic,
hydraulic, electromagnetic).
|
|
All
optional devices are adaptable.
|
|
Diameters
are available from 8 mm up to 1000 mm. For those important diameters,
see the section “large diameter”, with special
dispositions for internal maintenance.
